Setup-Complete is defined in your Schedule. Delays you cause push each date out day-for-day; delays we cause don't reduce what we owe you. If Setup-Complete hasn't happened within 60 days of the Start Date for reasons that aren't yours, the "if setup stalls" remedies in your Schedule apply.
